Apogee acts as Single Point of Contact and Owner’s Representative that connects to all project resources and information; we do this by:

Acting as liaison between all of the Owner-Stakeholders, AHJ’s (authorities having jurisdiction) and various service providers, including Design Architects and Land Planners, Architect and Engineer of Record, Economic Development/Incentive Consultant, Public Relations Consultant, and various Analysts, as well as the general public and the established forums for interaction with the public

Ensuring all professional services are integrated into the team and their voices are heard appropriately to achieve established project goals

Leveraging expertise of all collateral consultants to provide top-tier work products that are aligned with the overall Project Objectives

Coordinating with adjacent property owners as needed, including any midstream or franchise utility operators with assets in easements on site

Zoning and Entitlements

Apogee manages the complete Zoning and Entitlement process, managing research, analysis and recommendations by

Managing all entitlements and coordinate with city officials, other AHJ’s and internal consultants to achieve Project Objectives within schedule, budget and quality criteria

Unwinding entitlement issues and establishing direction for next steps

 Scheduling

Apogee creates, manages and refines the overall Project Scheduling by

Establishing a base-line schedule for the project and continually track and update schedule

Coordinating and integrating individual schedules of all consultants and contractors into a Master Project Schedule

 

Design & Construction Management

Apogee acts as a single point of contact, managing all aspects of the design and construction to  keep the project on schedule and on budget. This management ensures safety and quality are built into the project from the start to avoid unnecessary risks, cost overages and obstacles to complete the final product.

High-level Project Objective Management

Apogees works with the Owner/Client/Consultants to establish and document “True North” (Project’s overall objectives) and specific criteria that describes overall objectives by

Maintaining team’s focus on Project True North; Continually articulating criteria that constitutes True North as project progresses and various disciplines must align work product to work collaboratively

Monitoring/tracking progress towards objectives through tracking KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and maintaining records or progress and areas requiring additional support

Defining specific Deliverables; strategizing and coordinating with consultants on process and the production of these deliverables

Administrating all project data, schedules, work products, deliverables, action items, etc.

Administrating project objectives in measured, consistent procedure that can be accessible to client-stakeholders and professional service providers so that all team members have the best and most current information, objectives and instruction

Facilitating Scenario Planning and decision mapping; establish downstream impact of decisions

Managing resources and support project delivery team by identify laps and gaps in the team’s capacity, and facilitating adjustments as needed

 

Job Cost Accounting, Loan monitoring and Cost Management

Apogee creates, manages and refines budgets, estimates and cost models to project and track all costs associated with project activities, including

Tracking project budget and manage job-cost accounting

Analyzing and recommending value engineering opportunities

Coordinating with consultant’s financial managers & systems to ensure general ledger and job-cost accounting are synchronized

 

Commissioning & Project Close-out

Apogee ensures that completed projects are fully operational with a smooth handover to the facilities management team.
